Our Mission
KingCretot Experience exists to empower learners of all ages through language, culture, and academic support. We provide personalized, human-centered instruction that builds confidence, strengthens skills, and supports meaningful goal attainment.
Our language programs are guided by native and near-native speakers who serve as language guides — mentors who thoughtfully support learners across ages, backgrounds, and proficiency levels. Through customized instruction and cultural connection, we help learners develop fluency, confidence, and global awareness.
Our K–12 academic tutoring and homeschool programs support students in public, private, and homeschool environments across multiple subjects and assessment areas. We lead with empathy, compassion, and the positive transfer of knowledge — ensuring every learner feels supported, capable, and empowered.

What began as a personalized language and academic practice continues to grow into a modern language and academic center — with the long-term aspiration of expanding into a larger learning institute. Our vision includes expanded language and academic offerings, test preparation, college readiness pathways, international travel and cultural immersion experiences, and the ability to welcome and support international students.

French — boutique, premium, immersive
Guided by native and near-native French speakers in a small, focused setting. French at KingCretot Experience is designed to build cultural fluency, real communication, and lasting capability.
English — accessible, mission-driven, global
We recognize that English literacy and cultural fluency are gateways to opportunity for learners in underserved and underrepresented communities worldwide. Our English program is intentionally priced for access, and we work with families, community groups, and partner organizations to lower the barriers further wherever possible. Every English learner is taught with the same integrity, dignity, and empathy as every other KCE student.

Where Lessons Happen
How We Teach
Most KCE lessons are delivered live and 1-on-1 over Zoom, which means our learners can be anywhere in the world and still receive personal attention from a real instructor in real time.
We also offer face-to-face instruction in Southwest Florida — at a one-room schoolhouse on our property in Arcadia, at local libraries, and in our students' homes. As we grow our team, we plan to expand face-to-face availability further across DeSoto County, Punta Gorda, Port Charlotte, and the surrounding region.
Whatever the format, the experience is the same: prepared instructors, structured lessons, real feedback, and a steady relationship with someone invested in your progress.

Fabrice King-Cretot
Founder
A native of Le Mans, France, Fabrice earned his MBA there before spending many years in his family's business — then pursuing his calling as a French educator. He most recently taught at the prestigious Poughkeepsie Day School in Poughkeepsie, NY, and served as a visiting professor of French literature at Marist University for one semester.
Jonathan King-Cretot
Co-Founder & CEO
Adjunct professor of global issues at Marist University and former visiting professor of entrepreneurship at the Daveler and Kauanui School of Entrepreneurship at Florida Gulf Coast University. A former K–12 educator across public and private schools, Jonathan leads KCE's operations, programs, partnerships, and growth.
