Choose Your Package
Select Foundation, Core Academic, or Intensive based on your child's needs. Choose your term length and session length. Each package is curriculum-aligned and covers up to 2 subjects per session.

Secure Your Spot
Complete checkout with your preferred payment method — cards, Klarna, Affirm, Afterpay, or Cash App. Larger packages route to a brief consultation before enrollment. Your spot is confirmed immediately.

Begin Lessons
Our team reaches out within 24 hours to schedule a brief academic diagnostic and your first session. Lessons run live over Zoom — globally accessible.

International Customers
Paying from outside the United States?
We welcome students from around the world. International customers can request a PayPal invoice in USD, payable by PayPal balance, credit card, or bank transfer. A 5% international transaction fee is reflected in the invoice line items to cover currency conversion. Your invoice arrives within 24 hours of request.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, Cash App Pay, and ACH bank transfers via Stripe checkout. We also offer Buy Now Pay Later through Klarna, Affirm, and Afterpay — these let you split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments or longer installment plans, depending on the option you select at checkout. International customers can request a PayPal invoice in USD.
Our team reaches out within 24 hours of your enrollment to schedule a brief academic diagnostic and your first session. Lessons typically begin within one week of enrollment, though we'll work with your child's schedule and your family's preferences.
We require 24 hours' notice for session cancellations and rescheduling. Sessions canceled more than 24 hours in advance can be rescheduled at no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours, or no-shows past 15 minutes, are forfeited and counted as completed. We make reasonable efforts to reschedule when circumstances allow. Our full refund policy is outlined in our Terms of Service.
All lessons are live, one-on-one, conducted over Zoom. You'll have face-to-face conversation, real-time feedback, and personalized instruction every session. Recordings are not provided — the boutique experience is built around live engagement.
Every package includes a brief academic diagnostic at the start, personalized lesson planning before each session, written progress notes after each session, and an end-of-term summary outlining your child's growth and recommended next steps. Sessions cover up to 2 subjects each — your child's tutor adapts the focus week to week based on what they're working on in school.
Yes — KCE is an approved Step Up for Students provider for all Step Up scholarships, including PEP (Personalized Education Program), FTC/FES-EO (Family Empowerment Scholarship for Educational Options), and FES-UA (Family Empowerment Scholarship for Students with Unique Abilities). Scholarship funds can be applied toward K–12 tutoring with us. Please reach out before you enroll so we can walk you through the approval and reimbursement process.
